Agreement

These terms apply to your use of alnoordigitech.com and to project work you commission from Al Noor DigiTech, except where a signed statement of work or contract says otherwise. If there is a conflict, the signed document controls for that project.

Quotes and scope

A quote is an offer based on the brief you provided. It is not a guarantee of business results, search rankings, job offers, or software adoption.

Work begins when both sides agree on scope, price, and any deposit or billing terms. Changes to scope may change price and timeline. We will say so before doing extra work.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, timely feedback, and lawful assets (copy, footage, logos, data). You confirm you have the right to use materials you send us.

You must not ask us to invent testimonials, fake metrics, plagiarized content, or resume/LinkedIn claims that are untrue.

Intellectual property

Until invoices for a project are paid as agreed, we retain rights in the work product we create. After payment, you receive the license or assignment described in the quote — typically ownership of final deliverables created uniquely for you, excluding our pre-existing tools, templates, and third-party components.

Fonts, stock, libraries, and SaaS platforms remain under their own licenses.

Software projects

Source code is delivered as described in the statement of work. Hosting accounts, domain registrars, and third-party APIs remain your responsibility unless we agree in writing to operate them.

No software is error-free. We will fix defects that violate the agreed scope during an acceptance window stated in the quote. Feature requests outside that scope are new work.

SEO and marketing

Search engines change. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, or revenue. SEO and content work is provided on a professional-effort basis.

Career documents

Resume and LinkedIn copy is based on information you supply. You are responsible for the accuracy of dates, titles, and achievements you approve.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Al Noor DigiTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunity. Our total liability for a project is limited to the fees you paid for that project.

Acceptable use of the website

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it aggressively, or submit spam or malicious files through forms.

Governing notes

These terms are a general website and services statement. Local consumer laws that cannot be waived still apply. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
