It depends on the service and the scope — a resume is not priced like a SaaS MVP. We quote after we understand the brief. Budget ranges on the form are optional and help us recommend a realistic first version rather than a padded package.

A resume or a small design set can be days to a couple of weeks. Video, SEO, and software take longer because they involve assets, access, or build time. The quote includes a timeline for that project. We do not give a generic turnaround that ignores the brief.

Enough to scope the work: goals, audience, and what already exists. For SEO or a website, the current URL. For resumes or LinkedIn, the live profile and target role. For design or video, formats, brand files, and footage or copy if you have them. The quote form lists optional follow-up questions after you choose a service.

Yes. Each quote states how many revision rounds are included. Extra rounds or new scope are estimated before we do them, so the invoice does not silently grow.

Yes. Work is remote. Communication is in English unless we agree otherwise. Reviews are handled with written updates and scheduled calls that respect time zones.

When it is scoped. SEO retainers, software maintenance, extra design rounds, or further video cuts can be quoted after the first delivery. A one-time project does not automatically include unlimited support.

You receive the files or access named in the quote: design exports, video masters, SEO notes or implemented changes, source code and a URL for software, or editable resume and LinkedIn copy. Handoff includes what you need to keep using the work.

Payment terms are written into the quote for that project. We agree the schedule before production starts — often a start payment and a delivery payment — rather than sending an unexplained invoice at the end. Exact splits depend on the type and size of the work.
